TrustMap Trades is a small business run by Joseph Grey. We keep this simple: we collect as little as we can, and we don't sell it.

What we collect

When you request a free audit, we collect what you type into the form: your business name, website or Google listing link, trade, city, your name and your email address. If you email us, we have your email and whatever you write.

How we use it

Only to prepare and send your audit, reply to you, and, if you hire us, do the work and send receipts. We may send a short follow-up about your audit. We won't add you to a newsletter without asking.

What we look at about your business

For the audit we review information that's already public, like your Google Business Profile, reviews and website. If you hire us, you add us as a manager on your profile; you can remove that access anytime from your Google account.

Who we share it with

We don't sell or rent your information. We use a few service providers to run the business, such as our email provider, our website host and Stripe for payments. Stripe handles card details; we never see your full card number.

Cookies and tracking

This site doesn't use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. Our host may keep basic server logs for security.

How long we keep it

We keep audit requests and emails as long as needed to work with you, and payment records as long as the law requires. Ask us and we'll delete the rest.
